John Mack, LMT Owner
John Mack has 16 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. I became a massage therapist because of his experience with pain due to sports injuries, health conditions, and car accidents. Massage therapy drastically improved his overall wellness, both physically and psychologically. Through the rehabilitation process i’ve learned that 50% of healing starts with the mind, therefore, his goal is to teach the body to stimulate the central nervous system. With the mind and body functioning at full capacity, an improvement in lifestyle is sure to follow.

Nicole has over 15 years experience holistic health care, massage therapy and bodywork. As a Holistic Doctor, she uses bio-energetic testing to create wellness protocols to help clients achieve optimal health. Nicole is highly skilled and proficient in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports/Rehabilitation and Pre-natal massage. She also finds it beneficial to add other therapies such as cupping, hot-stones, gusha, red light and reflexology as needed to get the best results or her clients. Her ultimate goal is to treat each client individually, using multiple techniques to suit the clients needs and deliver the greatest outcome possible.
